Activities & Private Rental Coordinator - Trilogy at Redmond Ridge (Redmond, WA)

We are looking for an Activities & Private Rental Coordinator for Trilogy at Redmond Ridge. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, detail-oriented, creative and has an outgoing personality! The position is Full-Time, and offers benefits after 60 days including Medical, Dental, Vision and PTO. Start Date: Beginning of May

Hourly rate range $23.50 to $24.50 depending on experience.

Schedule: Typically, Monday – Friday unless for instance the booking of an event/private rental on the weekends

(Full Time: 40HRS per week)

Qualifications:

  • Positive customer service is a key component of this position
  • Able to relate to all in the community and work as part of a team
  • A creative person who can implement activities upon supervisor approvals
  • Detail-oriented, organized, ability to multitask
  • Able to lift 30lbs. & setup rooms for events
  • Light Audio/Visual Literate

Job Duties:

  • HOAMCO manages this mobile home association whose residents are interested in a variety of activities & challenges to keep them busy and entertained
  • You would work closely with the Director of Lifestyle & Events to facilitate all day to day activities and special events
  • Coordinate Private Rentals for members & the public, plus activities both within the community as well as accompanying members on offsite events
  • Create event flyers, Monthly Activity booklets
  • Helping with daily duties as well in the Member Services Office
