Job Description

We are a premier, luxury-condominium management company in the Miami area, and we have an immediate need for a hands-on Accounts Receivable Supervisor.

Our AR department processes payments from our condo owners, oversees collections including late fees and late letters, prepares estoppels, reviews ledgers for accuracy, processes adjustments, updates owner information, and responds to owners and on-site managers regarding AR questions.

The Supervisor will be responsible for work assignments and review, overseeing the proper application of payments to owner accounts, resolving owner issues and assuring the highest level of customer service, coordinating the needs of our General Ledger Accountants, and identifying process improvement opportunities. The Supervisor will also be responsible for daily hands-on processing of a portfolio of client associations. The work environment is fast-paced and requires flexibility and excellent communication skills. Initially, work will be partially remote but is expected to move to in-office in Miami in the near future.

Requirements

  • 3 – 5 five years supervisory experience, preferably in a property management environment.
  • Prior experience with Jenark is very desirable.
  • Ability to evaluate, analyze, and prioritize data in various forms and formats.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team setting; flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and alpha-numeric data entry.

We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
