CCMC has a full–time Accounts Receivable Specialist position available in Scottsdale, AZ!

Our Accounts Receivables team helps our communities run smoothly and contributes to our residents’ satisfaction.

 

What You’ll Accomplish

 

  • Billing & collections for both residents & builders/developers at a variety of frequencies (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual)
  • Data entry of new residents into accounting database
  • Posting cash & researching payments
  • Perform end-to-end accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, payment application, and collection activities.
  • Generate and distribute accurate and timely customer invoices, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to established billing procedures.
  • Monitor and reconcile customer accounts, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve billing disputes and address customer inquiries or concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment history, and collection efforts.
  • Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports, providing regular updates on outstanding balances and aging accounts.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to accounts receivable management.
  • Excellent customer service when assisting clients with questions via email & telephone

 

What We’re Looking For

 

  • Two years’ accounts receivable experience, preferred
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience with a minimum of 1-2 years of Microsoft Excel
  • HOA industry experience, highly preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment using a computer for a majority of job functions
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve with minimal guidance
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task
