Responsibilities
- Produce monthly tenant billing
- Process checks for deposit daily
- Process tenant payments (Lockbox and deposits) in accounting system
- Enter tenant charges and late fees
- Process move-ins/move-outs, security deposit refunds
- Communication with unit owners and managers
- Other tasks as assigned
- Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous data entry experience (MRI system a huge plus)
- Attention to detail
- Can work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Minimum 2 years' experience
- College degree required
