Join our dynamic Accounting Department as an Accounts Receivable Manager, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the financial success of our clients. Reporting directly to the Director of Accounting, you will lead the Accounts Receivable, Cash Posting & Collection Departments, implementing SOP’s for seamless operations. Your responsibilities include overseeing billing, payment processing, and addressing homeowners’ inquiries. This role is based out of our Irvine Corporate Office. Salary: up to $80,000 depending upon experience
Your essential duties will include:
- Management of Accounts Receivable, Cash Posting & Collection Departments, including all staff members.
- Develop departmental Standard Operations Procedures, implement and enforce controls to safeguard HOA and corporate assets.
- Supervise payment processing and oversee billing processes
- Act as primary point of contact for escalated clients issues
- Perform other related duties as assigned, including ad hoc reports and analyses at the corporate and association level and long-range project support
Qualifications:
- A four-year college degree in accounting or other relevant education and experience.
- Knowledge of CINC accounting platform as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- A minimum of three years of supervisory experience.
- At least five years’ relevant work experience.
- Flexibility to work additional overtime hours as needed.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficient with CINC and Jenark software
- Experience with REVO payment processing platform.
- Property Management Industry experience
- Knowledge of (or willingness to learn) the California Civil Code, specifically the Davis Stirling Act
- Collections experience
