CiraConnect is rapidly growing and has multiple exciting opportunities for accounting professionals to join our Shared Services team as a Manager, Accounts Payable in servicing client management companies and community associations. Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
The Manager, Accounts Payable is responsible for processing work in a high-transaction and challenging environment to support CiraConnect's client service delivery for accounts payable. Responsibilities include:
- Manages all day-to-day operations of the Accounts Payable function.
- Oversees and provides leadership to the Accounts Payable team of specialists, including hiring, onboarding, training, coaching and development.
- Develops, implements, and maintains procedures, policies, key performance indicators (KPI), and metrics related to AP.
- Research credit and past due balances as needed.
- Communicate professionally with vendors and internal staff regarding billing and payment inquiries.
- Provides oversight and review over 1099 reporting and other AP related compliance reporting requirements.
- Manage monthly vendor late fee audit and create solutions to prevent future late fees.
- Manage missing invoices and create solutions to ensure receipt of future billings.
- Perform accounts payable reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve outstanding items.
- Perform accounts payable audit reports to ensure accuracy and correct potential issues.
- Plus other work related tasks as needed
Qualifications
Qualifications for the position include:
- 5-7 years of AP experience in a shared services environment.
- Accounts payable ERP experience such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.…
- Ability to work in high volume.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to stay on task and meet deadlines.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Real estate or title experience preferred, but not required.
- Customer service-oriented attitude
Pay and Benefits:
$65,000 to $85,000, depending on education and experience.
