Accounts Payable Specialist

Associa is a leading property management company dedicated to providing exceptional services to property owners and tenants. We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at the Panama City Beach branch.

Responsibilities:

• Process and reconcile invoices in a timely and accurate manner
• Verify and match invoices with purchase orders and receipts
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting principles
• Manage vendor relationships and address inquiries
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounts payable or related financial role
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and communications skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  
  

Education and Experience:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
• 2+ years of relevant work experience
