Job Description
This is an in-office position.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field or 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn a proprietary computer program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and support accounting staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, high-quality output, and professional development.
- Policy Development: Create and implement policies and procedures that enhance accounting efficiency and accuracy across the department.
- Regional Collaboration: Partner with the Director of Accounting to support unified standards, streamline processes, and maintain consistency in procedures and financial reporting across regions.
- Support Financial Accuracy: Oversee preparation of detailed financial statements and reports for assigned associations, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
- Strengthen Operations: Maintain and enhance internal controls and processes to safeguard associations’ financial integrity.
- Aid Compliance Efforts: Coordinate audit preparation and assist with reviews, compilations, and audits for community associations.
- This role will be covering properties in CA and AZ.
Selected candidate subject to a drug and background screening.
Candidates are subject to two Accounting assessment tests.
