ACCOUNTANT – Seven Canyons Golf (Sedona, AZ)

HOAMCO has an immediate opening for a full-time detail-oriented Accountant, at our beautiful property, Seven Canyons Golf located in majestic Sedona, AZ. We are seeking an innovative accountant to add to our team.

Qualifications And Skills

• A minimum 3-year accounting experience.
• Detail-oriented and excellent attention to detail and follow-up.
• Able to prioritize daily duties.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Dependable, organized, motivated, and trustworthy.
• Superior customer service skills and a great attitude.

Job Duties

• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain, monitor, and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Prepare and process homeowner assessment statements.
• Analyze and prepare monthly financial statements.
• Research and resolve basic accounting issues.
• Perform other month-end close activities, and other job-related duties, when needed.

Selected candidates are subject to pre-hire proficiency tests.
