ACCOUNTANT - HOAMCO (Prescott, AZ)

HOAMCO has an immediate opening for a full-time Portfolio Accountant in our company headquarters in Prescott, Arizona. This position requires experience with journal entries, general ledgers, financials, and reconciliations.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting or over 3 years of experience.
• Detail-oriented and excellent at follow up.
• Able to prioritize daily duties.
• Superior customer service skills and a great attitude.
• Able to prioritize competing tasks and balance projects and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Microsoft Word based programs, Word, Excel and using Outlook (Mandatory)
  
  

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain, monitor, and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Prepare and process homeowner assessment statements.
• Analyze and prepare monthly financial statements.
• Interact with Managers and Board members to answer accounting questions.
