Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Summary:
The AP Specialist is responsible for processing a high volume of vendor-related transactions for multiple entities in a property management company including check requests and recurring vouchers using an automated accounts payable system. The role is part of a team of three and reports to the A/P Manager.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-year experience Office and systems experience.
- 1 - 2 years of Accounts Payable experience is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications and data input.
- Very organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to accurately produce at a high volume.
- Excellent MS office skills,
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Extremely dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Able to deliver an emphasis on customer service.
- Able to pass a background check that includes a drug test.
