Responsibilities

Account Executive - Charleston, South Carolina

Responsibilities:

    • Execute against the sales process.
    • Value selling of the RealManage offering, including the software platform that supports the value proposition.
    • Building Processes: Work with Sales Manager to develop processes and adhere to the industry best practices to compete.
    • Create market development plans identifying opportunities within your assigned geographic market and action plans tied to quota attainment; ensure assigned markets achieve organic sales goals.
    • Build industry and market knowledge, staying current with developments and competitive activity via effective networking.
    • Generate new leads and leverage referrals using multiple strategies, e.g. target research, emails, cold calling, and referral networking.
    • Discovery and Qualification: Focus on discovery skills to extract pain points, qualifying opportunities, creating win plans, and managing the sales process.
    • Team Leadership: Collaborate with an extended team of market resources to achieve common goals.
    • Work with your local operations and coordinate with local leadership to schedule and lead sales presentations.
    • Prepare and present value propositions/proposals.
    • Manage the sales database.
    • Effectively prepare and participate in sales territory review cadences.
    • Plus other work related tasks as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in selling software and tech-enabled services.
  • Experience: Experience in relationship selling, value selling, demand generation, prospecting through Salesforce/Hubspot, executing campaigns, and territory planning.
  • Skills: Capabilities in need-based selling, consultative selling, value selling, usage of relevant tools, and other consultative solutions-based selling.

Qualities:

  • Hard work, grit, hustle, great attitude, intellectual curiosity, willingness to learn and grow, coachable.

Specific Traits and Experience:

  • Proactive, self-starter, driven, and goal-oriented.
  • Demonstrated ability to hit sales targets and overcome setbacks.

Pay and Benefits:

$100,000 to $135,000 + highly competitive incentive compensation based on results , depending on education and experience.
