Action Property Management, a premier management company, is seeking a Full- Time Access Control Officer/Bellman to join our team at our luxury residential community, Evo located in Los Angeles.

Compensation: $19.00 per hour

Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday: 2:00 PM -10:30 PM

Job Summary:

Under the direction of the general manager, The Access Control Officer/Bellman is responsible for providing constant security presence on the interior and exterior as well as respond as necessary to the resident and guest's needs. The ACO will patrol and inspect the common areas on a routine basis to ensure that access is controlled, enforce community policies and ensure the property is well maintained. ACO must at all times display a professional appearance and speak in a polite manner and clear tone, including answering telephones or addressing residents and guests.

Requirements:

• 6 months of customer service and security experience. Preferably in hospitality or luxury property management.
• Polished and professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Strong critical thinking skills. Must be solutions oriented
• High attention to detail
• Personable and capable of building a strong rapport with residents and guests
• Team player
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
