Action Property Management seeks a Full-Time Access Control Officer to join our team at Woodside Homeowners Association in Sacramento.
The Access Control Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the property. They maintain a constant security presence, patrol common areas, and enforce HOA rules.
What You'll Do (Job Responsibilities)
- Conduct regular patrols of the property by foot or bicycle
- Monitor surveillance cameras and report suspicious activity.
- Respond to disturbances and emergencies as needed.
- Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a welcoming manner.
- Document discrepancies, incidents, and emergency responses.
- Complete daily activity reports and pass on logs
- Maintain inventory of forms, supplies, and other items.
- Enforce HOA rules, regulations, and emergency procedures.
- Report complaints and non-compliance issues to management.
What You'll Need (Skills & Experience)
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of security or relevant experience.
- Skilled problem solver with high attention to detail and a high sense of ethics and honesty.
- Ability to respond swiftly to safety and emergency related situations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- General computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and the ability to learn and operate the property management software utilized by Action Property Management.
- Ability to interact and build a strong rapport with residents.
$18 - $20.35 an hour
Shift Schedules
11pm-7:30 am
10pm-5:00 am
4pm-12:00 am
